Project Management
We work with a group of specialists trained in the management and direction of engineering and infrastructure projects. Our goal is to achieve the articulation of the involved process areas optimizing the use of available resources and fulfilling the guidelines defined.
How do we do it?
The project elaboration goes through each of the following steps:
- Feasibility analysis
Study where the technical, economic and financial aspects of a potential investment are discussed. Social, environmental aspects are covered, the market is analyzed evaluating the scope, risks and limitations. p>
- Planning
This step defines the tasks necessary to complete the work. The period when it will be completed is estimated. A general schedule is designed, milestones, workloads and responsible people are established, and equipment and espcialistas are assigned. Critical paths are defined. Resources needed and the estimated costs for each task are defined by setting the total project cost. p>
- Run and construction
Project management based on the schedule established and following the guidelines previously defined. p>
- Control and monitoring
This stage aims to improve the performance in achieving results, establishes a link between past, present and future actions. Activities, their effectiveness and efficiency are discussed in search of their impact on the realization of the different objectives of the project. p>
- Completion
Delivery of the work to the client and final evaluation of the project. p>
